Welcoming you from 12 weeks of pregnancy right up until birth. No previous yoga experience required. Mats and props are fully provided.

Your first session is completely complimentary- come along and see how you feel. 

Thereafter, classes are £8 when booked as a flexible 6-session block, and £10 for a single session.
